SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Shipping all over the UAE

Standard delivery: 3-4 days by courier
Free delivery for orders over 150 AED.

Expedite shipping

If you want to receive your order faster, choose expedite shipping at checkout with an added cost of 35 AED.
Dubai: The cut-off for same-day delivery is 11 am. Orders placed after 11 am will be delivered the next day.
Abu Dhabi: Orders placed on Expedite Shipping will be delivered on the next business day. Cut Off for next day delivery in AbuDhabi is 4pm.

Returns, and exchanges

We accept exchanges for up to 7days upon receipt. If the item is unused and in its original condition. We can replace the items if there is an issue with the size or the item is damaged in any way. If you try to exchange the item twice you will be charged a courier fee of 30aed.

SALE items are not eligible for returns. We accept returns for regularly priced items up to 7days upon receipt.

The following locations are considered remote areas, hence, it may take up to 5 business days for delivery. A delivery fee of AED 40.00 will be applied for these locations.
